FLATHOLM ISLAND
EU-124. A team of "Barry Amateur Radio Society B.A.R.S."operators will be going out to Flatholm Island, on Friday 23rd August 2002 - Team members depart Barry docks 1900hrs and on Wednesday 28th August, Team members depart Flatholm Island 1030hrs for return trip to Barry docks. Their activity will be on CW, SSB, PSK31, RTTY and SSTV using 160 through 70cm plus 6 meters.Since the Isle of Anglesey is deleted, the Welsh coastal Flatholm Island will be very much needed. The team intends to be active on at least 1 band and mode for the whole expedition. Their callsign will be GB5FI. QSL via GW0ANA
